Previously, Tong Luo Wastewater Treatment Plant had two existing generators onsite – one with a capacity of 1000kW and another with a capacity of 200kW. However, the end-user, Hsinchu Science Park Bureau, had recently expanded its operations to pump 18,000 tons of wastewater. As a result, the existing generators could not meet this increased output.
